How do I place a sample order?

Click the Register button on the top right and fill in your details. Once done you will get the first email acknowledging your new account submission, read through this email for more info. In the mean time you will get a second email once our admin team have gone through it and approved it (usually takes 24 hours), once you see that then simply call us on 01424 855 779 (select option 1) and one of our friendly sales members will walk you through your first sample order! HOW TO ORDER WHITE OR PRIVATE LABEL HOTEL SAMPLES

Register on our website to create your account. You will get an email further explaining the next process, once you receive a 2nd email confirming your account then simply call in to our sales team! they will guide you through the whole process.

Our sample service is £5 plus VAT for a full set of the range of your choice. We will fully print them with your details/design for you to test and approve. You can then instruct us with any changes you may wish to make. We do not charge for artwork (up to 30 minutes), and even if you approve a design, but need/want to change it, we are happy to do this free of charge when placing your next order. Simply tell us.
(Our sampling service is heavily subsidised, hence we can only offer it once or twice to each client before we require a full order to be placed.)

HOW TO PLACE A FULL ORDER

Our ordering is simple, all we ask is for an order of 200 pieces. This can be 200 of the same product, or even 1 of each product until your order reaches 200 pieces (ie 50 shampoo, 50 conditioner, 100 soaps = 200).
Our prices include virtually everything, packaging, printing and contents. Only VAT and Delivery (from £9.45 UK mainland, £25.00 Ireland, £tbc any other country) are additional.
Payment: As stock will be reserved for you, full payment is always required at the time of placing your order (within 24hrs of placing emailed orders) as our ordering system automatically cancels unpaid orders to release reserved stock. We accept Visa, Mastercard and bank transfers.

Our products are made to-order so that you can proudly tell your customers what they are purchasing is made in small batches and assured to thrive throughout its shelf life. Because of this, once payment has been received for an order, any changes to the product choice must be made within 12 hours but this will incur a £15 admin fee for every 10 lines of product on an order. Please note, we cannot change or put your products back into stock once we have started to make them, as they are bespoke and made solely for you.
